Espoir Coaching’s mission is to make training simple, through our step-by-step coaching plan via Training Peaks that giving you the confidence to simply clip in and go, as well as motivate and drive you to the next level.
We offer three coaching levels affectionately called Tumble, Bwlch and Rhigos, a series of truly magnificent climbs here in Wales.
SPORTS MASSAGE
Starting from £30 per session
Sports massage is proven to release and reduce tension in muscles, improve circulation and encourage the removal of waste products such as lactic acid during high intensity activity and can help to relax the body. All of this helps promote recovery and reduces the chance of muscle injury.
We offer a mobile sports massage service in Cardiff, Newport and the surrounding areas. All masseuses are fully qualified and insured.
